International art-ashram

                The Person - the artist, in it there are his both a way, and sense.

Being the independent noncommercial organization, Ashram is created under the initiative of poet Sergey Solovjev, Swami Amrit Mahamedha and doctors of Ayurveda Swami Vishnudasu (see biographies).

The place for Ashram chooses the north of India (foothills of the Himalayas, the Upper Ganges), close to Rishikesh, long since known as the settlement of deprived any religious and other dogmas of yogis, who are practicing a spiritual self-improvement in lively interaction with the protogenic nature.

This part of India, named it "the third eye", has managed to carry by through thousand years the refined culture spontaneous pleasure of alive attitudes with the world, that singing space which happens only in the happy childhood (that is almost lost by the West, becoming a field of neurosis’s, and in an essential measure it is emasculated by the East in ritual). This stunning for an outside sight "lost paradise" relationship and unity of all in everything, is everyday lives of settlement, a context of Ashram.

Being the international center with the basic languages of dialogue (English, German, Russian and Hindi), Ashram offers also the special Russian-Indian program (in this sense becoming, perhaps, the first Russian-Indian cultural center of a deep exchange of creative experience).

 

Place

 

This is a preserve a mango grove on coast of Ganges (tigers, elephants, deers, peacocks and so forth), protogenic calm, jungle. And at the same time this place is situated in 500 meters up to Lahman-Jul –  the settlement with fantastic cosmos - from mythical cows up to the Internet at each corner and on the distance of 4,5 hours by car from the airport of New Delhi. 40 minutes from Haridvar (one of seven sacred cities of India), 10 minutes from Rishikesh.

 

Residing

 

Participants can settle down as at the territory of Ashram in separate apartments with moderately civilized conditions, and in hotels of the settlement with an unlimited measure of comfort.

 

The program

 

The International creative Ashram is opened within all year for various individual and collective programs.

The special Russian-Indian program operates annually from March, 1st till March, 21st and provides group of participants from the Russian party up to 30 persons. Applications are accepted in the any form to the address of: sologur@list.ru, to Sergey Solovjev.

The Russian-Indian program consists of: daily creative seminars, a number of various practical employment, and also two trips - to a source of Ganges (5 days) and in reserve Rajaji (2 days).

 

Seminars

 

The Seminars are passed in a mode of creative dialogue around a camp fire under a sacred Pipal tree and provide three independent, though and opened each other territories:

1. "Speech landscapes - a way of individual creative development”. The seminar is conducted by poet Sergey Solovjev. The experience of “Speech landscapes", conducted in Moscow during 2006-2007 (see www.litafisha.ru), will be used as a basis for this seminar, with transition to a new stage, taking into account the surroundings and a level of preparation of participants.

2. “Seven unities - experience of overcoming of an ego on a way to the transpersonal archetypical to unity”. This seminar is conducted by Swami Amrit Mahamedha (see fragments of conversations: www.litafisha.ru).

3. “Philosophy and practice of an Ayurveda”. The seminar is conducted by doctor Vishnudasu.

 

Besides named it’s possible to take part in an introduction joint seminar: " India - Russia: analytical experience of creative rapprochement ". Also performances not entering into the basic program - in the form of lectures or separate seminars - from participants are possible.

 

Practical studies

 

The studies have facultative character at will of participants.

 

1. Introduction in yoga (Swami Amrit Mahamedha holds the studies).

2. Drawing, painting – the restoration of deep communications with semantic energy of a material (Sergey Solovjev and Swami Amrit Mahamedha hold the studies).

3. Shooting from a bow - the experience of harmony of subject-objective attitudes, the concentration on a line of transition (this study is held by Swami Amrit Mahamedha).

4. Individual biodiagnostics on character of pulse. Practical recommendations and improving course of treatment at will (Doctor Vishnudasu conducts).

 

Trips

 

1. A source of Ganges. This is a 250 km trip by jeep on a mountain streamer up to Gangotri (a place of pilgrimage), whence by foot or by horses of 15 km to a glacier with the spending of night-time in hotel Gangotri and in Ashram on a glacier.

2. Reserve Rajaji. The spending the night-time in hotel of reserve settled down at a distance of 30 km from Rishikesh. It’s possible to take part in safari on the elephant and by jeep.

 

 

 

The purpose of the project is the creation of a worthy place of a meeting for creative growth of those who are on a way of becoming of the master.
